Coby Tablet Android 4.0

Coby’s aim is to assist customers with the operation of the their new Android-based tablets in a timely and cost-effective manner. In order to do so, Blue Barn Pictures was commissioned to produce two separate videos in five languages, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, German and French Canadian. The videos work along side the Customer Service Center to reduce the number of incoming calls and increase customer satisfaction. Given our experience with producing previous Coby web tutorials, Blue Barn was able to identify common problems that frustrate tablet users, and, as a result, build simple and efficient tutorials.
