In this 2 day hands-on workshop, students will learn all the essential skills needed for professional lighting from a seasoned director of photography. In this course, students will gain the ability to transform their creative vision through the art of painting with light.

Topics covered include:

• Theory of lighting
  
• The 3 point lighting system
  
• Various interview lighting styles
  
• Natural and available light
  
• Lighting for the green screen

This course is beneficial for directors, videographers, and documentary filmmakers who wish to enhance their work by gaining a better understanding of light.
